-What is the best time to take Matcha?

How to make Matcha tea?
Put 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of hot water in the tea.
It has to be very hot, but not boiling – about 75 to 80 C. After putting the water, beat by zigzagging. You can use a Chasen (bamboo whisk) or a metal whisk. Keep beating until the Matcha dissolves and does not get stuck.
